Invap to upgrade Libyan research reactor

[Middle East Online, 21 December] Invap of Argentina has been awarded a contract for the modernization of the controls and instrumentation of a Soviet-built 10MW research reactor in Tajura, Libya. The modernization project will cost some $10 million. Libya is interested in having Argentina supply it with a new research reactor, according to Dario Jinchuk, head of international affairs at the Argentine National Atomic Energy Commission.
