Start-up nearing for Chinese units

CLP increases Daya Bay offtake
Hong Kong-based power utility China Light and Power (CLP), which already takes 70% of the output from the Daya Bay nuclear power plant in mainland China, has agreed to take another 10%.

Ningde 4 vessel delivered
The reactor pressure vessel for unit 4 of the Ningde plant has been delivered to the construction site in China's Fujian province. The reactor is due to start up next year.

Chinese investment in Langer Heinrich
