Olkiluoto EPR supplier revises compensation claim
The Areva-Siemens consortium has updated its arbitration claim against Finnish utility Teollisuuden Voima Oyj to some €3.52 billion ($3.96 billion). The claim relates to delays in the construction of the first-of-a-kind EPR unit at Olkiluoto.

Watts Bar 2 final completion cost approved

First Taishan EPR completes cold tests

Romania expresses support for China's role at Cernavoda
The Romanian government has written to China General Nuclear Power expressing its support for the Cernavoda nuclear power plant project. CGN announced its receipt of the letter - which was presented by energy minister Victor Vlad Grigorescu and signed by prime minister Dacian Julien Cioloș - on its website last week.
