Slovakia submits bid for SMR feasibility study funding
The Ministry of Economy and Slovenské elektrárne have signed a memorandum of cooperation with a range of partners in the energy field to support the development of small modular reactors in Slovakia, including applying for funding from the USA's Project Phoenix.

CNL, AECL deepen relationships with First Nation
A new long-term agreement between Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories and the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation will serve as the basis for ongoing collaboration and engagement. Korea considers deployment of NuScale SMR for hydrogen production

Team Holtec signs agreements with Korean financial firms

Expansion of US-Korean cooperation on SMRs
Agreements to cooperate on small modular reactors have been signed between South Korean and US companies during a visit by Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol to the USA. Doosan Enerbility and the Export-Import Bank of Korea signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate with NuScale Power, while SK and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power have agreed to collaborate with TerraPower.
